Rules & Regulations:

1. Fees and Deposits are not refundable or transferable. Once the course has commenced the full course fee is payable whether the course is fully completed or not.
   
2. All students must telephone if they are absent. More than three days' absence requires a doctor's certificate. A total of 15 days' absence or 25 lateness's on the CIDESCO course will be cause for dismissal. A total of five days' or 10 nights' absence on the CIBTAC part-time courses will be cause for dismissal.
   
3. Students are requested to be ready for tuition instruction. Punctuality is essential, as no instruction will be duplicated.
   
4. Clean school uniforms and navy low healed shoes must be worn during school hours. Flesh coloured stockings or tights must be worn. Hair must be tied back. Full Time students are required to wear a full length navy outdoor coat. Jackets are not acceptable.
   
5. No jewellery to be worn, with the exception of a wristwatch, as jewellery is contra-indicated during facial and body treatments. This also includes body jewellery i.e. tummy rings, tongue piercing etc.
   
6. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the school premises.
   
7. Consumption of food on the premises is strictly forbidden. This includes, sandwiches, crisps, chewing gum etc.,
   
8. Sums of money and valuables are not to be brought to the school. The Company cannot be responsible for any loss.
   
9. The use of mobile phones is not permitted on the premises. Students must ensure that all mobile phones are switched off during classes.
   
10. All course material is the copyright property of the Bronwyn Conroy Beauty School and may not be used by anyone else.
    
11. Students are required to provide their own models for all practical examinations. Students will also be expected to bring in models during the school term for practical experience.
    
12. Failure to take examination for any reason whatsoever will result in the student waiting for the next examination date.
    
13. All students are required to behave in a courteous and respectful manner to their colleagues, school tutors and staff.
    
14. Bronwyn Conroy Ltd., reserves the right to terminate the training of students who fail to comply with the school rules or where the student is found to be academically or otherwise unsuitable. In the event of this happening fees and deposits will not be refunded.
