Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage has been practised in India for over 1000 years. It involves massage techniques to the scalp, head, neck, shoulders and upper arms. Relief from aches and pains, symptoms of stress and promotion of hair growth are some of the many affects of Indian Head Massage.
This one day intensive course will further complement your training.
Thermo Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candling)
Ear Candling dates back as far as biblical times and has been passed down for many generations by the American native Indians. It is a pleasant non invasive treatment of the ears which involves hollow lit candles being inserted just inside the ear canal. It helps draw out impurities from within the ears. It is soothing and helpful for earache and headache, stress, nervousness and sinusitis.

Californian Massage
Californian Massage is a form of Massage Therapy that consists of fluid, continuous, enveloping movements. Especially suited for people who suffer from stress, it increases the body's awareness and allows the client to achieve a state of openness, relaxation and peace. It is known as (and often called) relaxation massage because of the relaxation that is brought on by the rhythmical stroking movements.
A Californian massage is performed with scented cils assist in the gliding movements across the body as well as to help aid relaxation. There are many benefits offered by a Californian Massage, they include:

A Californian massage, due to its long, slow, fluid strokes is thought to be one of the most stress relieving massages available. - Relaxation
