Please note that 24 hours cancellation notice is required on all appointments made, otherwise the treatment booked will be chargeable to you at full cost.

Appointments lasting two hours or more require 50% deposit in advance, or your credit card number to guarantee payment, Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

No Credit – All courses must be paid for in advance.

Courses are valid for one year only and not refundable or transferable.

Gift vouchers are valid for six months only and are not refundable.

Being on time for your appointment would be greatly appreciated. If you are late for your appointment then we will do as much of the treatment as we can in the time remaining.

In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off for the duration of your treatment. Please understand we can cannot accommodate for children under (12).
