ITEC Facial Electrotherapy Diploma Course
Bronwyn Conroy International Beauty School offers the advanced ITEC Facial Electrotherapy Diploma Course giving qualified Beauty Therapist the opportunity to add facial electrical treatments to their skill set.
During this advanced Facial Electrotherapy Diploma Course at Bronwyn Conroy Beauty School, students learn how to perform a detailed skin analysis and how to devise a treatment plan for a variety of skin types using facial electrical treatments such as Galvanic and High Frequency, Steam and Vacuum suction, Faradic EMS, and Micro-current. Facial electric treatments can have a dramatic effect on all skin types; they improve the appearance of the skin, help postpone early signs of ageing, erase minor sun damage, scarring and pigmentation giving the experienced therapist more advanced choices for solve specific skin concerns.
A qualification in galvanic and high frequency facial electrical treatments is required to train in the world famous Hydradermie facial from the prestigious skincare company René Guinot. In order to complete our Bronwyn Conroy ITEC Facial Electrotherapy Diploma Course, students must hold CIBTAC/ITEC/VTCT Or equivalent Aesthetics Diploma / Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Skincare and Facial Certificate or equivalent. A photocopy of qualification/s with the application is required.
Bronwyn Conroy Facial Electrotherapy Qualification:
Students gain a highly recognised ITEC Diploma Level 3 upon successful completion of the course.
Training involves 10 full days (Monday 10 – 4) to include home study and completion of 5 case studies. The final day of training includes the ITEC theory and practical exam Students will initially learn by practising on each other, however throughout the course The School supply models to allow all students to practice on ” Real” people. Each student is however responsible for their own model for both the mock and the actual exam.
All students must complete 5 case studies. Students must take pictures before and after treatment. Consultations must be completed and signed by both the client and the therapist. Photographic evidence of each treatment is required These case studies can be completed in our School during our College Salon.
